Aircal

When American purchased AirCal (OC) in 1987, it acquired a fleet of B737-200, B737-300
and BAE146 aircraft. These types were kept for several years, but eliminated between 1989
and 1992 in an effort to reduce aircraft types.
The BAE146 was eliminated in one move, while the 737 fleet was reduced over time. The last
four 737-200s were retired on September 30, 1991, and the last two 737-300s were retired
on March 31, 1992.
